Some of the best jokes are ones that universally, we all "get" -- and then... there are the ones, that are only funny to the individuals who understanding the "inside" type of joke; one that can only be fully understood and appreciated privately; or for privileged audiences, who can relate to the (perhaps) cryptic language of the comedian or joke-deliverer.
